BWTON Enters Strategic Cooperation with Cloudnine Information Tech

On June 16, BWTON Technology and Cloudnine Information Tech held a grand strategic cooperation signing ceremony at the headquarters of Cloudnine Information Tech. Yang Hongxu, Chairman of BWTON, and Zhu Shenghong, President of Cloudnine Information Tech, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties.

In accordance with the agreement, both sides will conduct in-depth collaboration in the co-construction of AI infrastructure, integrated technological innovation, and the implementation of smart city governance scenarios. As a one-stop technical service platform for digital products, Cloudnine Information Tech has achieved remarkable results in key AI fields including intelligent computing and AI computing power. BWTON focuses on the R&D and industrial application of spatial intelligence technologies. Leveraging its self-developed Spatial Physical Vision-Language Model (SpVLM), the company provides digital and intelligent services for infrastructure sectors such as urban transportation, fire emergency response, water conservancy and water supply, and urban governance. Both parties possess distinctive strengths and high complementarity in their respective fields, laying a solid foundation and offering extensive fields and broad prospects for future cooperation.

Both sides stated that they will take this signing as a new opportunity to integrate BWTON’s AI algorithms, scenario-based data and industrial know-how with Cloudnine Information Tech’s capabilities in hardware R&D and manufacturing as well as cloud-edge-end collaboration. The two parties will achieve full-stack coordination from underlying computing power to top-level applications, and jointly explore and build a smarter, more efficient and greener new model for urban governance.
